About Fynn

We built Fynn for our own family first.

Fynn started at our kitchen table in Stockholm, in the gap between two parents who loved each other and still couldn't see everything each other was doing.

Our Story

Kimberly and Stefan Palsson are married with three kids, two dogs, and careers they're proud of. What they hadn't figured out was how to handle everything it took to run their family, together. Kimberly held the full picture of appointments, forms, schedules and what needed to happen next. Stefan kept asking the always-frustrating question: "Just tell me what to do and I'll do it."

The problem wasn't effort, and it wasn't love. Stefan couldn't see the work because it lived in Kimberly's head, not because he didn't want to see it. And no calendar app on the market could fix that.

So they started building for their own family. Fynn makes the full picture of family life visible to everyone in it, and then actually helps handle the work. It changed how their household ran. Now it's changing others.

What We Believe

Families run on two kinds of work: the doing and the knowing.

A former attorney and Chief People Officer, Kimberly has spent her career helping people and organizations work better together. She brings that same conviction home: that the strongest partnerships are built on shared understanding. She and Stefan are raising three kids and two dogs in Stockholm, which is exactly why Fynn exists.

Stefan Palsson

CFO/COO & Co-Founder

Stefan handles the numbers and operations behind Fynn, and he's also the dad the product was first built for. He's the one who kept asking "just tell me what to do and I'll do it." Fynn is the answer he and Kimberly built, together.
